You are unable to print stock labels for certain stock lines because the following prompts appear:
These prompts occur when a stock line does not have a label design selected for shelf/product labels or shelf talkers.
Configure the Label
- Go to Z Office > Stock > Manage Stock
- Double-click the relevant stock line that brings up the prompt.
- The Edit Stock Line Details window will appear. Go to the Printing tab
- Under Printing Details, select the label designs for the relevant stock label types. The page layouts should automatically populate according to the designs selected.
- Press to save the changes
If you are unsure what label design you use, check the settings in a stock card that prints labels and copy the settings. You can also check your label design or create a new one using the Label Designer.
