What is the Database Warning Prompt?
We have included a prompt to warn you if your database has almost reached its maximum capacity.
The Z database stored on your server computer has a limit of 10GB. This usage is separate to the free space available on the computer's hard drive.
This warning message will appear when the database has reached 90% capacity.
What happens if I don't action this prompt?
No action in addressing the warning may result in database failure as well as the inability to trade. Please contact Z Support immediately.
To ensure adequate space is available and to be able to continue updating and saving information to your database, please contact Z Support as soon as possible. Z Support can archive data from the database to ensure that enough space is available.
