What can I use the Ideas Portal for?

Use the Ideas Portal to:

• Submit new feature ideas and enhancement requests
• Suggest improvements to existing functionality
• Vote for ideas submitted by other customers
• Comment on ideas to provide additional context
• Follow ideas and receive email updates as they progress

Before you submit a new idea

Before creating a new idea, we recommend searching the Ideas Portal to see whether a similar idea already exists.

As you begin typing your idea title, the Ideas Portal will also automatically suggest similar ideas that may already have been submitted.

If you find an existing idea that matches what you're looking for, we encourage you to:

• Vote for the idea
• Follow it to receive updates
• Add comments or examples to provide additional context

This helps us consolidate customer feedback and understand where there is the greatest demand.

How are ideas prioritised?

Votes are an important input into our decision-making process, helping us identify customer demand and emerging trends.

However, votes are only one factor we consider. Ideas are also evaluated alongside:

• Customer impact
• Strategic priorities
• Regulatory requirements
• Technical feasibility
• Dependencies and other planned initiatives

Our goal is to deliver the greatest value to the widest range of customers.
