Services Australia data fix released
We have just received confirmation from Services Australia that they have released the data fix to the Production Environment earlier this afternoon. We are conducting additional testing and will continue to monitor these services.
The IHI validation prompt should no longer appear while dispensing.

We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with IHI validation and ASL not functioning.
Our investigation indicates that there is an issue with the HI validation service related to the formatting of patient names.
We have reported and escalated the issue with Services Australia, who advised they are investigating.
While Services Australia continues their investigation, we have made a change to the formatting of patient names in the HI validation service as a workaround.
This workaround is now being deployed automatically to Z Dispense customers. You should receive the update within the next hour.
Once you have received the workaround, you may still receive the warning message below.
Despite the warning message, we expect that patient IHI validation will be successful. Click OK to acknowledge the message and continue dispensing.
If you aren't able to retrieve the patient's IHI number, please go to their profile (F8) and press "save" to attempt to validate the IHI number again.
