Transitioned from Medisecure to eRX
By September 30th, 2023, all pharmacies using Medisecure as their prescription delivery service will need to transition to eRX. For more information, please refer to our article here.
We may have transitioned your pharmacy from Medisecure to eRX. After the transition, you will not be able to immediately access Active Script List (ASL) as eRX need to process this separately.
You may see this prompt if you try to access ASL:
We are working closely with the eRX Support Team to ensure a seamless transition but this may take a few hours for them to process.
Patient has no IHI
To access a patient's ASL, you will need to ensure you have retrieved the patient's IHI. The ASL button will appear red if the patient's IHI is not available
