You will no longer be able to dispense Paperless Electronic Prescriptions (ePrescriptions) without being connected to MyHR.

As part of Paperless Electronic Prescription Conformance, you will need to be connected to the HI Services through your NASH Certificate (via MyHR) to be able to dispense ePrescriptions. This following prompt will appear if you try and dispense an ePrescription without MyHR:

To check if your pharmacy is connected to My Health Record in Z Dispense, look for the ‘MyHR OK’ on the top right-hand side of the screen next to ‘PBS Online’.

If your pharmacy is not yet registered for My Health Record, you will need to obtain a NASH PKI certificate and a PIC password before Z can install it into your Z Dispense. To register your pharmacy for MyHR, please follow this guide.
