If you want to see when and why the cash drawer is being opened in Z Register, you will need to create a report in Z Office.
- Go to Z Office > Reports > Manage Reports > Create New Report
- Select 'Sales Report' as the Report Type
- In the Report Design tab, set the Item Type filter to 'Open Drawer Only', and add the Date, Staff and Receipt Comments columns to the report
- You can set a date range in the Report Parameters tab
- Press Save in the report template with a name for future use
