NASH Expiry Prompt
When your NASH certificate expires, you will generally see this prompt appear when starting up Z Dispense:
You will need to obtain a new NASH certificate from the Provider Digital Access (PRODA) website and have this reinstalled to continue using MyHR and accessing HI services for Electronic Prescriptions and Active Script List.
The pharmacy owner/manager should have an existing PRODA account if you've previously obtained a digital NASH certificate. However, if your last NASH certificate was from a CD, you may need to register for a PRODA account before proceeding to request a new certificate.
If your pharmacy has not registered for a NASH certificate with PRODA before, please refer to the guides below on how to set up a PRODA account and obtain a NASH certificate.
Renew Your NASH Certificate
Z Software is now SHA-2 ready and you can select our software when requesting a new NASH certificate.
To avoid any disruptions, please go through the steps below to check and renew your NASH certificate.
To renew or request a new NASH Certificate:
- Select Go to Service on the Health Professionals Online Services box. You may need to complete the linking process to proceed.

- The Healthcare Identifiers home screen will open. Select My organisation details from the list of HI Services available:
- In Organisation Snapshot section, select the Certificates tab:
- If you have a certificate linked in the Certificates tab, you can click on the Renew button:
If you don't have an existing certificate, you can click on Request a NASH PKI site certificate: - The Request NASH PKI Site Certificate form will appear for you to fill out the relevant details. In the Software Product field, select Z Software.
- Enter a mobile number and make sure this is correct as the Personal Identification Code (PIC), needed to install the NASH PKI Certificate, will be sent to this number.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and press Save Changes.
- Press Submit to submit the request.
- Once the submission is complete, it will display a Success message to confirm this and a pending certificate will appear under your certificates tab:
- Once your NASH certificate is ready to download, the PIC (needed to install the NASH Certificate) will be sent to the mobile number you entered. The following is an example of the message you will receive:
"Your NASH certificate for HPI-O XXXXXX is ready to download through HPOS. It is available for 30 days. Your PIC is XXXXXXXX. Do not reply by SMS"
Note
Please ensure that you download the new certificate within 30 days of of it being ready (i.e. when you receive the ready message) as it will not be available after that. - Once you log onto PRODA, you will be able to view and download the certificate through the same Certificate tab by pressing Download:
- Save the certificate to a easily accessible place on your computer and proceed to install the new NASH certificate on your server computer. For a guide on installing the NASH certificate for your pharmacy, please refer to Installing Your NASH Certificate.
