You will need to ensure that you have a NASH certificate to connect to the Health Identifier (HI) Services. For more information, please refer to our available guides here.
To access a patient's MyHR or Active Script List (ASL), you will need to ensure that the patient has an IHI (Individual Healthcare Identifier).
This number should be automatically retrieved by the system, but there are minimum demographic requirements that Z Dispense uses to obtain the IHI number. You will need to ensure that you set the patient's:
- Surname
- Gender
- DOB
In addition, these details can also be used to find the patient's IHI number:
- Address
- Medicare Number
- Entitlement Number
The IHI number will appear in the Patient's Details (F8) under MyHR:
Note
This is automatically retrieved from the Digital Health and cannot be manually inputted. If you can't find a patient's IHI, please ensure that all the patient's information is correct.
