What SHA version is my NASH Certificate using?

If you're using a SHA-1 NASH Certificate, you will need to renew your NASH certificate to a SHA-2 NASH certificate before 31 December 2022 to meet the Australian Government cyber security requirements.
Z Software is compatible with SHA-2 NASH certificates.
If you have any difficulty obtaining your SHA-2 NASH certificate, please contact Services Australia:

Z Software is compatible with SHA-2 NASH certificates from Z Dispense v2.4.125+.

To check if your installed NASH Certificate is SHA-1 or SHA-2:

  1. Go to Z Dispense > Store > Store Configuration
  2. Select the Health Services tab
  3. Under the NASH Certificate section, check the value for Algorithm:

    For SHA-1 Certificates, it will appear as: sha156RSA
    For SHA-2 Certificates, it will appear as: sha256RSA
