You will need to ensure that you have a NASH certificate to connect to the Health Identifier (HI) Services. For more information, please refer to our available guides here.
The system will check the pharmacist's AHPRA Number, Given Name and Surname to find the pharmacist's HPI-I. Please ensure these are correct if you are unable to find your HPI-I.
To retrieve the Pharmacist HPI-I:
- Go to Z Dispense > Pharmacists:
- Search for the required Pharmacist:
- Ensure the AHPRA Number, Given Name and Surname are correct and press 'Save' to retrieve the pharmacist HPI-I:
- The pharmacist details should update with their HPIINumber
Sometimes there will be difficulty matching the pharmacist details due to middle names. If you are having trouble retrieving the HPI-I try removing or adding any middle names.
