You may find some of your PBS scripts not being sent to PBS or being stuck with the question mark (?) status which can occur if you lose connection to PBS Online services. The there are a number of things you can try when you notice this to minimise the occurrence of this happening.
Resending Scripts to PBS
Your store may temporarily lose connection to PBS Online services due to various factors (e.g. network outage, PBS service going down). However, once your connection has been restored, you will be able to resend the scripts to PBS to be processed.
Manually resend scripts to the PBS
To resend scripts to PBS, please select the affected script(s) from either the Script History screen or F4, and right click and select "Resend Script".
Alternatively you can highlight the script and use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + R.
Automatically resend all pending scripts to the PBS
If you would like to bulk resend all the unsent (scripts with the ? status), please restart Z Dispense. Our program will attempt to resend all the unsent scripts from ALL workstations to PBS.
Checking Unsent Scripts and resending all affected scripts
If you would like to see all the unsent PBS scripts:
- Go to Z Dispense > Claims
- Use the Show dropdown menu and select "Scripts with no PBS Online Info":
- To resend the scripts, select which scripts you would like to resend and right-click and press "Resend":
