As of Dispense v2.3.122+, we were required to make the default timeout for Dispense to 10 minutes due to paperless electronic scripts conformance. However, you are allowed to change/remove the automatic timeout.
- Go to Z Office > Settings > Store Settings. Click on the Password tab
- To change the Dispense Timeout:
i. To remove it completely (i.e. not Dispense Timeout), clear the 10 in the field and leave it blank. Do not put in "0"
ii. To increase the timeout, change the "10" value to your desired value - Press Save
