PharmX has advised all network issues have been resolved. Electronic ordering and invoice retrieval should work normally now through Z Office.

PharmX has reported that they are currently experiencing issues with some of their Gateway services due to network outages.
If your store utilises PharmX for ordering, this may affect electronic ordering and invoice retrieval through Z Office. If your store is affected, please place orders by fax or via online portals.
As we receive more information from PharmX, we will provide updates as soon as possible.
