Good afternoon Z Users,
PBS Online Claiming is currently experiencing a degradation of service and is under investigation by the PBS team.
As recommended by PBS in the past, pharmacists can:
- call the PBS general enquiries line on 132 290 to confirm the concessional status of the patient (24 hour help line)
- dispense the prescription as a General prescription and issue a receipt for reimbursement from PBS, or
- delay dispensing the prescription until PBS Online is operating
We will update everyone once PBS have confirmed they have resolved the issue on their end. Once the PBS services have returned to normal, you can follow the instructions here to make sure all scripts have been sent to PBS Online.
We have also had reports of issues accessing My Health Record and Active Script List which we believe is related.
