What's New in this Update?
Added Dispense Prices and Dispense Price Groups
You can now manage their Dispense Prices through Dispense Prices OR Dispense Price Groups which gives you more flexibility on how you want to approach your special pricing.
Summary of Changes
- Dispense Prices - if you’re looking to just manage the same special pricing against all stores (e.g. Price Group A goes to Store 1, 2 and 3.)
- Dispense Price Groups - added layer of flexibility where you can manage multiple special pricing against different stores (e.g. you have Price Group A for Store 1, Price Group B for Store 2 etc)
- Added the option to set Qty by:
- Units Per Pack: This is how Special Pricing is currently handled in Z Dispense e.g. Lipitor 10mg, Qty = 30 for 1 pack
- Pack Qty: This is to set the Dispense Prices by Pack Qty e.g. Lipitor 10mg, Pack Qty = 1 - Added GP% column to help users easily check their profit margins
- Added Dates to be togglable to help with horizontal scrolling and space, but this can be toggled on as required
- Added a Stock with Dispense Info filter to make it easier to add Dispense stock cards in Dispense Prices
- We have split out how Special Pricing is handled in Z Freedom. Previously, it was a combination view of special pricing at store level which Z Freedom can manage. We are splitting out the functionality and this first release will look into managing dispense prices then viewing dispense prices in a later update.
Creating Dispense Prices
Dispense Prices
- Go to Z Freedom > Dispense > Dispense Prices
- Add stock either manually via the Add Stock button or through a spreadsheet with the Import Stock option
- Once stock has been added, you can manage the pricing through the inline editing
Dispense Price Groups
- Go to Z Freedom > Dispense > Dispense Price Groups > Create New Dispense Price Group if one doesn’t already exist
- Enter the dispense price group name and either manually add new lines via the Add Stock button or through a spreadsheet with the Import Stock option
- Once stock has been added, you can manage the pricing through the inline editing
Syncing Dispense Prices
With Syncing Dispense Prices, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Stores can only belong to one dispense price group at a time. This means if you have already synced a dispense price group down to a store, if you attempt to sync another price group down, it will flag that it will replace the existing prices with the new price group:
Sync Options - Delete all existing dispense prices (including all custom store-created ones). This option, as mentioned, will delete all existing dispense prices at the store if ticked.
Other Changes
