What's New in this Update?

Added Stock Usage Totals Groups Report

We have added a new group report for the Stock Usage Totals, making it a lot easier for you to be able to compare the SOH, Sales Quantity and Purchase Quantity of stock between stores.

To access the report go to Z Freedom > Reports > Stock Usage Totals:

To generate the report, apply the date range and click on Generate Report. 

From here you can:

a. Use filters to narrow down the selection criteria of all your stock
b. Select which columns you would want to display - by default it will display all columns: SOH, Sales Quantity and Purchase Quantity.
c. Export the report 
d. The Stock Name and Totals columns are pinned. If you have multiple stores and need to view a particular store, you may need to use the horizontal scrollbar to move across.

Ability to Import Departments and Sub-Departments

We have added the option to import departments and sub-departments that was previously available in legacy Z Freedom, to help with the onboarding and setup of Z Freedom.

To import departments/sub-department, go to Z Freedom > Stocks > Departments and click on the Import button:

Go through the Import Wizard to create the departments/sub-departments:
