Added Stock Prices Page

We’ve added a Stock Prices pages where you can now easily view, set and sync their sell prices for your stores:

You will be able to either update their sell prices manually through inline editing OR through the import wizard.

Updating the Sell Price Manually

To update the sell price manually:

1. Go to Z Freedom > Pricing > Stock Prices
2. The green fields are the ones that you can edit. Click into any of these fields to bring up the inline editing:

Updating the Sell Price through the Import Wizard Tool

If you have a spreadsheet to upload, you can use the Import function to import the sell prices.

To import the sell prices:

1. Go to Z Freedom > Pricing > Stock Prices
2. Click on the Import button
3. Go through the Import - Stock Pricing steps to import the sell prices

Saving and Syncing to Stores

After you've made any changes to the sell prices and press "Save", this will flag the price(s) as pending:

These prices will be “saved” on this page for you to review as needed but won’t reflect on the Managed Stock pages of Z Freedom yet as they’re still pending.

Once happy with all the updated prices, you can use the “Show new prices only” toggle to filter for all pending prices:

Then select the pending stock and press Sync to Stores to select the stores and sync the prices down.

Once the prices have queued to be synced, the pending status will disappear.

Added View Store Prices Page

We’ve added a View Store Prices page where users can get a quick snapshot of all current prices at stores and if there are any pricing discrepancies between Freedom and the store.

If the price for the store and Z Freedom match, it will be indicated with a . If the price for the store and Z Freedom don’t match (i.e. a discrepancy), it will be indicated with a .

To easily view all the prices where there is a discrepancy, you can toggle the “Show price discrepancy only” at the top.

Other Changes

• Made performance improvements to Stock Usage Report
• Added improvements so store data on the Stock Usage Report are loaded independently from each other

• Fixed Stock Import Tool throwing Error 500 for duplicate lines
• Fixed Stock Import Tool allowing the import of Stock Name over 100 Characters
