The Trading Totals Extended Report expands upon the current functionality of the current Trading Totals Report, where it is designed to provide a more complete view of your dispensary trading.

Unlike the current Trading Totals Report, the Trading Totals Extended Report will automatically generate and export in .xlsx (Excel) format and open in Excel if available on the computer.

The report has an adjusted layout so that the previous entitlement types are now columns and the metrics are rows where new metrics have been added:

• Govt Cont (Actual)
• ACSS Fees (Estimate)
• ACSS Fees (Actual)
• ACSS 60 Day Fees (Estimate)
• ACSS 60 Day Fees (Actual)

Generating the Trading Totals Extended Report

To generate the report:

1. Go to Z Dispense Reports Trading Totals Extended:
   
2.  Enter in the Report Parameters:
   
   - Display Cost Filtered scripts only: This will filter for all the scripts that meet the cost filter only in the report.
   - Display Cost Filtered scripts separately on the Report: This will show all the scripts that meet the cost filter within the report as a separate column.
3. Press OK
4. You should be prompted to save the report if you wish. The format will be in .xlsx (Excel) format.
5. The report will then generate and open straight into Excel. If you don’t have Excel installed on your computer, you will get a different prompt instead:
   
   

Scheduling the Trading Totals Extended Report

To schedule the report:

1. Go to Z Office > Tools > Scheduled Tasks > Create New

2. Under the Type dropdown, select the Dispense - Trading Totals Report Extended option:
   

3. Set up the Task and fill out the parameters accordingly:
   

4. Press Save
