The Trading Totals Report shows a breakdown of a pharmacy's total script sales over a selected period of time.

To generate a trading totals report:

1. Go to Z Dispense > Reports > Trading Totals
   
2. The Report Parameters window will appear:
   
   A. Date: Input the relevant date range.
   B. Cost: Select the cost parameter to use in the report:
      - PBS Base cost - uses cost at the time of dispensing
      - Last Invoice - last invoice cost at the time of dispensing
      - Average Cost - based on all past invoices received into Z Office
   C. Cost Filter: Allows you to filter for various ranges for a specified value
   D. Facilities: You can choose to exclude reporting on facilities by ticking Exclude Facility Scripts or generate a trading totals report for a specific facility by selecting it in the Select Facilities section.
   
   
3. Once you are happy with the parameters, press to generate the report.
4. An example of the report is shown:
   
   If needed, you can press to print the report or  to export the report as a PDF or word document.
