We are aware of an issue where some prescriptions are not transmitting to Real Time Prescription Monitoring (RTPM) systems, including SafeScript (Vic), QScript, ScriptCheckSA, Canberra Script, SafeScript NSW, NTScript, ScriptCheckWA, and TasScript.

This issue is currently affecting manually dispensed scripts, as well as scripts dispensed via the Right-Click - Fill Repeat function.

If you have any eRX scripts, please scan the prescription as these are not affected by the issue and will send to RTPM as normal.

Our team is actively working on a fix as a priority. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
