What's New in this Update?
Improvements to Catalogues Section
We have updated the Catalogues section to use a new grid and have also added the ability to inline and bulk edit lines.
Inline Editing
We have added inline editing to make the process more streamline and improve the user experience. Previously to edit a row, you would have to click into the value to bring up a modal for you to make changes.
You can now click on a row to edit the details inline:
Bulk Editing
We have also added the ability to bulk edit catalogue lines to make it easier to edit multiple rows as needed (e.g. changing the promo type etc).
To bulk edit, select the lines you wish to update and click on the button to bring up the Bulk Edit window:
In the Bulk Edit window, you’ll be able to quick update the Promo Type, X and Value for all the selected lines:
Added Additional Columns for Managed Stock Export
The Managed Stock Export now includes all the visible columns in the grid. This will make it easier for you to export and modify the spreadsheet as needed, and import the changes in.
List of Columns exported:
- Name
- Department
- Preferred Supplier
- PDE
- APN
- Cost Exc
- Sell Price
- GP
- Last Modified Date
To export your Managed Stock:
- Go to Z Freedom > Stocks > Managed Stocks
- Search for particular stock or apply filters as needed. If you wish to export all your Managed Stock, you can skip this step.
- Click on the Export Button
and either select CSV File or Excel File:
- Depending on the number of Managed Stocks required to be exported, the system will flag that it's exporting the file:
- Once done, the exported file should appear in your Downloads folder.
Added Managed Stock Filter in System Stocks
We had added a Managed Stock filter in the System Stocks modal (Managed Stocks > Import System Stocks). This filter will show you what system stocks you have already imported (i.e. now is a Managed Stock) in your Z Freedom. By default, the Managed Stock filter is set to No.
Managed Stock Filter |
System Stocks that have already been imported into Z Freedom (i.e. Managed Stock = Yes) will have the checkbox option disabled, preventing you from being able to import the stock again as it already exists in their Managed Stock:
Imported System Stock will be indicated with a “Yes” |
Updated Managed Stocks Modal
We have updated the Managed Stocks Modal to a new grid and have also added a system cog indicator:
Other Changes in this Update
- Renamed Stock Name to Name
- Renamed Supplier to Preferred Supplier
- Added Manufacturer to Managed Stock Filter and Bulk Edit
What's Fixed in this Update?
- Fixed "Added Selected" button selecting all lines without any selection
- Fixed the Stock Import not flagged PDEs/APNs as Default for System Stock
- Fixed the Stock Import not taking into consideration "Update Name" Setting
- Fixed the Managed Stock Search filters not saving search parameters
