In Z Office, you have the ability to customise sections of the report and how certain aspects are displayed on the Till Report.
- Go to Z Office > Settings > Store Settings
- Select the POS - Printing tab and scroll to the Till Report section:
The main sections of the Till report are:
- Till Summary
- GST Summary
- Total Taking Breakdown
- Payments Breakdown
These settings determine if and how each section would appear in the Till Report. To remove an entire section from the till report, untick the box next to the section name.
By default all sections are ticked to appear in the Till report with the Standard option. This is an example of how the sections will appear with this option:
If you select the Summary option, it will have a less detailed breakdown of each section. This is an example of how the rows will appear with this option:
This refers to the last section of the report which is the Statistics summary:
By default, all parameters will be selected, but you can untick the options that you do not want displayed.
If Exclude Government Contribution from Till Report is ticked, the Government Contribution will be excluded from the Till Report.Note
Excluding Government Contribution will report a lower Total Till Turnover in the Till Report.
If you would like to display Gross Profit in your Till report, tick Show Gross Profit. This will display the gross profit in $ and % under Till Summary in the Till Report.
- After making any changes, press to save the settings.
