Added Lockdown Option in Z Freedom for Z Office Stock

We have added the ability to lockdown Stock fields in Z Office from Z Freedom. This gives you more control over what stores can modify on their stock cards:

Enabling Lockdown Permissions

To be able to access the Lockdown settings, you will need to have the permission enabled on their account.

1. Go to Z Freedom > Admin > Accounts
2. Expand the Permissions table
3. Under Store Management, enable the option to View and Update for the Lock Stores setting:
   
4. Press Save

Setting the Lockdown Fields

To set or update which fields to be locked down in Z Office:

1. Go to Z Freedom > Store Management > Lock Stores
2. The Lock Stores page should load:
   
3. From here, you can either select the fields via the drop down menu, then pressing apply to set for all stores, or manually set the fields by clicking on the padlock icon:
   
   
4. Click on Save at the bottom right of the page to apply the fields

Checking the Lockdown Settings in Z Office

Once the settings have been applied from Z Freedom, please wait up to 15 minutes for this to be sent down to Z Office.

Once the changes have been applied at Z Office, you should see this icon next to the stock name and within the Edit Stock Card:

The selected stock card fields that have been locked down will be greyed out and will not be able to be edited or updated in any way (e.g. through manual stock edits, bulk edits, Stock Imports etc). Any changes that need to be done to the stock card with be controlled by Z Freedom.

Minor Dashboard UI Changes

We have made minor dashboard UI changes to help improve user experience.

The Dashboard title has been changed from Dashboard to Business Dashboard to accommodate for a new upcoming Operations Dashboard. We have also moved the Icon of the Tiles to be within the Header/Title of the Tile and therefore moving the Drilldown Icon in it’s previous place.

The Store Group Filter has been moved from the right to the left to make it more obvious that you can apply the filter within Z Freedom. We have also moved the ‘What’s New' button as well to take it’s previous place.

The Dashboard Store Filter button has been updated visually and to a searchable dropdown to make it easier to search and select stores as needed.

Added Option to Share Selected Dispensary Special Pricing

We have updated the Share option for the Dispensary Special Pricing to only send the pricing changes of selected stock. Previously, all Special Prices from Z Freedom were synced down to Stores.

After updating the special pricing for stock, the system will automatically select the stock cards for you.

There will be an indicator on how many stock cards are selected as well:

Once you're done with updating the Special Pricing for the stock and have selected with Stores should receive the changes (via Share Prices), press Save at the bottom right corner.

There will be a confirmation prompt that will highlight that only Selected price changes will be sent to the selected store(s):

• Added functionality to provide visibility and count of selected lines within Z Freedom

What's Fixed in this Update?

• Fixed an Import Wizard bug when importing a spreadsheet starting with blank columns
• Fixed page load times when accessing Price Groups
• Fixed an issue where PBS manufacturers briefly appeared in the Manufacturer list
