Dashboard

The Z Pocket Dashboard will display a “snapshot” of how your store is performing. The tiles can be clicked into for a further breakdown of the data as well.

The data is synced and updated every 15 minutes.

Notifications

This section will show all the past notifications that the pharmacy has received, depending on what settings you have enabled.

The notifications will appear in this section, but also you will receive a "push" notification on your phone as well:

You can acknowledge the notifications by pressing on the circle icon or pressing on “Mark all acknowledged” to bulk acknowledge:

You can also filter to display all stores notifications if you have multiple stores connected and all acknowledged notifications as well:

 

Settings

The setting screen will allow you to enable notifications and set which event notification(s) you wish to receive.

Enable Notifications

This setting will enable you to receive push notifications for the settings enabled below. You will need to toggle this on you access all the additional settings as the settings will be greyed out/inaccessible without this “master” switch.

Refund Alert

The Refund Alert will send a notification when a refund is triggered. You can add a threshold amount (e.g. if set at 10 to receive notification on refunds ≥ $10) - or set it to 0 to receive all refund alerts.

Discount Alert

The Discount Alert will send a notification when a manual discount is triggered. You can add a threshold amount (e.g. if set at 10 to receive a notification if the discount % is ≥ 10%)- or set it to 0 to receive all discount alerts.

Sold Below Cost Alert

The Sold Below Cost Alert will send a notification when an item is sold below cost. You can add a threshold amount (e.g. if set at 10 to receive a notification if the cost variance between sell price and cost is ≥ 10)- or set it to 0 to receive all sold below cost alerts.

Daily Sales Alert

The Daily Sales Alert will send a notification once you have reached a particular Sales Value target e.g. in the screenshot above, it will send a notification once you have reached $100 Sales Value.

PBS B2B Expiry Alert

The PBS B2B Expiry Alert will send a notification daily, 60 days prior to the B2B Device expiry until you extend the device’s expiry. 

NASH Expiry Alert

The NASH Expiry Alert will send a notification daily, 30 days prior to the NASH expiry until you renew your NASH certificate.

Database Alert

The database alerts will alert once a backup has failed OR if your has reached the database limit. It will only alert once daily as well.

We have the option to toggle the app theme between Dark Mode or Light Mode:
