Once we have processed your registration for Z Pocket, you should have received a Welcome Email that includes a link to create your password.
Setting Your Z Pocket Password
- Open the Welcome Email you received once we have processed your account
- Click on Set Your Password OR if the link doesn't work, copy and paste the URL into your browser
The link will only be active for 24 hours from the time the email was sent. If the link as expired, please download the app if you haven't already, and request a password reset via the app. - The link should take you to the Reset Password page:
- Set your new password. Once the password requirements have been met, click on Reset Password
- Your password should now be set. If you haven't done so already, please download and install the app and log into Z Pocket 🎉
Resetting Your Z Pocket Password
If you have forgotten your Z Pocket password or missed the 24 hour window to set your password from the Welcome Email, you can reset your password through the app.
- If you haven't done so already, please download and install the app
- Open the Z Pocket app
- Select Forgot Password?
- Enter in your registered Z Pocket email and press Send
- The confirmation message should appear. You should have received an email to reset your password
- In the email, click on the reset password URL to go to the Reset Password page
- Set your new password. Once the password requirements have been met, click on Reset Password
- Your password should be updated and you can now log into Z Pocket 🎉
