We're receiving a lot of calls that electronic scripts are not scanning or taking a long time to load. It seems whatever issues they have been having this week have not stabilised and the service is out again.
Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA of when the service will return to normal but we'll let you know if there are any updates.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we catch up on the backlog of tickets after the outages this week.
