To check the progress of your HICAPS Claims:

1. Select the HICAPS button in Main Menu Ribbon:
   
   
2. The HICAPS Claims window should appear:
   
   By default, the HICAPS Claims window will display all claims within the last month. You can also filter the status of the HICAPS claims using the checkboxes or the keyboard shortcuts (CTRL + SHIFT + BOLDED LETTER e.g. CTRL + SHIFT + P = Pending)
   
   You can also see the HICAPS messages/responses for each claim as well:
   
   

HICAPS Notifications

If there are any updates for particular HICAPS claims, the HICAPS icon will also flash with a notification indicator.

If you click into the HICAPS icon, it will bring the unread HICAPS claims:

We also have a report for you to check your Lantern Pay claims. To access the report, go to Z Dispense > Reports > HICAPS Claims by Patient.
