You can keep notes and reminders using the Diary function in Z Dispense. The DiaryView window will automatically appear on start-up if you have entries for the day. 

You can also access the Diary Function by:

1. Go to Z Dispense > Tools > Diary:
   
2. The DiaryView should appear allowing you to add notes to specific days:
   
3. Click Save when you have finished adding in your note.
