The way that you submit claims and send data to PBS Online/Medicare is changing. From March 13th 2022, PBS Online is moving to web services within PRODA.

What do I need to do?
To avoid any disruptions to your PBS Claiming, please complete the checklist below as soon as possible.

1. Individual PRODA AccountIf you don't have an individual PRODA account, please follow the guide here to register an account. Note: You may have already registered a PRODA individual account to apply for your HPI-O for your NASH certificate to connect to MyHR and paperless electronic prescriptions (eScripts). |

2. Organisation Registration in PRODAIf you don’t have your organisation registered in PRODA, please follow the guide here to register your organisation. If you manage/own multiple pharmacies, you will need to have each pharmacy as a subsidiary organisation. Note: You may have already registered a PRODA organisation account for recording vaccinations to the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR). |

3. Add PBS Online Service in PRODAOnce you have access to PRODA, you will then need to add PBS Online as a service in PRODA. |

4. Register B2B DeviceOnce you have received the relevant software update, you will need to register a B2B Device. |
