Setting up your Email using SMTP settings

If you use a Gmail account or an email managed by your IT/Hardware providers, you will most likely  need to configure you settings using the following method.

To set up your SMTP Settings: 

1. Go to Z Office > Settings > Store Settings > Communication
2. Under the Email Settings, ensure that the provider is set to Other:
   
   
   
   You will need to fill out the settings above for the store email/email you wish to use.
   If you're not sure what the settings are, it is probably best to check with your IT/Email provider for the settings.
   For Gmail users, you will need to generate an app password and use this instead of your regular password.
3. Press Save

Setting up your Microsoft Email using Oauth2 Authentication

If you use a Microsoft account (e.g. Outlook account) to access your email, please refer to the following section to set up your email.

To set up your Microsoft hosted email:

1. Go to Z Office > Settings > Store Settings > Communication
2. Under the Email Settings, ensure that the provider is set to Microsoft:
   
3. Click on Sign in:
   
   
4. Follow the prompt to log in to your Microsoft account:
   
   
5. Press Save
