Lockdown Settings

You are able to "lock" particular fields in Z Office from Z Freedom, you more control on which fields store users will be able to edit.

Setting the Lockdown Fields

To set which fields to be locked down:

Go to Z Freedom > Store Management > Lockdown
The Lockdown page should load:
You can manually set which fields you want to lock by clicking on the padlock icon to do this individually OR using the Bulk Edit button to do in bulk:

If you'd like to set the lockdown fields individually:

Under the pharmacy and field you wish to lock, click on the padlock icon . The padlock icon should turn a teal colour to indicate that field will be locked
Press Save & Sync to push down the changes

If you'd to to set the lockdown fields in bulk, you can use the Bulk Edit button to manage multiple settings for all stores:

Click on the button to bring up the Bulk Edit modal:
Expand through the sections as needed and select which fields you wish to be locked for all stores
Press Apply
The padlock icon should turn a teal colour to indicate that field will be locked
Press Save & Sync to push down the changes

To set which stock cards are to be locked in Z Freedom:

Go to Z Freedom > Managed Stock
You can either set the stock cards to be locked individually, through the bulk edit tool or through the Stock Import Tool:

Go to Stock > Managed Stock and bring up the stock cards you wish to lock
Click on the button on the top right corner
Under the Stock Details > Stock Flags section, tick the Locked option:
Press Save
Select those stock cards again and press Sync to Stores to send down the change to stores

Go to Stock > Managed Stock
Click on the button on the top right corner
Go through the Stock Import Wizard to update the Locked Status of your stock
Select those stock cards again and press Sync to Stores to send down the change to stores

Once you have synced your changes from Z Freedom, the locked stock in Z Office will have this icon to indicate that they're locked:

Depending on the fields that you have set to be locked as well, stores won't be able to make any changes on those fields:
