What’s New in this Update?

Ability to change text formatting in LabelIT

We have added the option to change text formatting in LabelIT. You can now change the font, size, style (bold, italics and underline) and alignment of text: 

New Trading Totals Extended Report 

We have added a new Trading Totals Extended Report that expands the current functionality of the current Trading Totals Report, designed to provide a more complete view of your dispensary trading.

We have made the following changes:

• The report will automatically generate and export in .xlsx (Excel) format and open in Excel if available on the computer
• We have changed the layout of the report so that the previous entitlement types are now columns and the metrics are rows, allowing us more space to add more metrics for users to utilize
• Added the following new metrics:
  • Govt Cont (Actual)
  •  ACSS Fees (Estimate)
  • ACSS Fees (Actual)
  • ACSS 60 Day Fees (Estimate)
  • ACSS 60 Day Fees (Actual)

To generate the report: 

1. Go to Z Dispense > Reports > Trading Totals Extended:
   
2. Enter in the Report Parameters:
   
3. Press OK
4. You should be prompted to save the report if you wish. The format will be in .xlsx (Excel) format.
   
5. The report will then generate and open straight into Excel. If you don’t have Excel installed on your computer, you will get a different prompt instead:
   

New Private Electronic Script Indicator and Report 

With the recent introduction of fees for every private electronic script that is retrieved and dispensed from eRX, we have made several changes in Dispense, including:

• Changing how private electronic scripts are handled when scanning the internal repeat barcode or using the fill repeat function in Z, noting these will no longer retrieve the script from eRX  
• We have added a private electronic script indicator which will appear next to the script type section for any eRX electronic private scripts scanned into Z Dispense
• We have added a new Private Electronic Scripts report that displays private electronic scripts dispensed in the time frame selected. 

To generate the report:

1. Go to Z Dispense > Reports > Private Electronic Script
   
2. Enter in the date range you wish to generate the report for:
   
3. Press OK to generate the report
4. The report should generate:
   

Improvements to the PBS Price Overridden Prompt

We have improved the on-screen prompts when selecting to override patient prices for Claimable Prescriptions.  
These improvements include:

• Displaying the minimum and maximum allowable (claimable) values
• Additional wording to indicate if the script will be claimable and whether it will contribute to the patient’s safety net or not
• Removal of the Private button

Other Changes in this Update

•  Added leading 0s for barcodes for robots 

What’s Fixed in this Update?

•  Fixed the facility filter in the Trading Totals Report
•  Fixed SMS messages not sending at scheduled time
