When you open up Z Office, you will see a login screen with a list of staff members and System Support. Click the appropriate staff name and enter the password to log in.
The Main Menu runs along the top left of the screen and there is a Print Queue in the top right.
The Print Queue allows you to queue print jobs so you can review them at a later stage and print multiple jobs in one go (see Printing Stock Labels).
The Main Menu can be changed for different staff members so you may or may not see all of the options above.
Home - Shows a snapshot of how the pharmacy is performing in a selected time period. It includes information like sales value, gross profit, top staff and top sellers.
Orders - Create orders, receive orders, and record credits.
Stock - Manage stock, create promotions, do stock transfers and stocktakes.
POS - View receipts, manage payment options, edit register layouts, manage agencies and record takings.
Customers - Manage customers, debtors, print debtor statements and use the mass communication (email and mail) tool.
Other - Manage departments and other entities, manage staff logins, clubs, discount structures, policies and reason codes.
Settings - Change settings for the store, POS, customers, stock, communication, stock updates and integration.
Tools - Manage scheduled tasks, label designs, statement templates, catalogue templates and stock import templates.
Reports - Generate reports on your customers, sales, stock, tills and more.
Connect - Load available catalogues and process updates from other stores.
Help - Load TeamViewer Quick Support and read the release notes.
Log Off - Log out of the staff account and back to the login screen.
Exit - Exit Z Office.
